    Payment
    The accepted payment methods are:

    – PEACHPAY: is a plugin specifically designed for WooCommerce, to speed up the conclusion of an order (Buy with one click); also in this case the payment is immediate. PeachPay uses the Stripe platform, open to all circuits (VISA, Visa Electron, VPay, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, American Express, Diners); the cost of the transaction is borne by Tonti Art’s Srls.
    – PAYPAL: payment is immediate, simply by connecting to your PayPal account; for those who do not have an account, you can use your credit card by choosing a username and password; the creation of the PayPal account is free for the Customer, the cost of the transaction is borne by Tonti Art’s Srls.
    – BANK TRANSFER: in this case, the verification of the payment may take a few days; we recommend sending the receipt of the payment made to the email moc.itnotoiziruamnull@ofni, specifying the reason, to speed up the procedure, but the goods will only be sent when the funds will be credited to the current account indicated in the order confirmation email.

    What to do when the goods arrive
    Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to verify that the number of packages corresponds to what was ordered and indicated in the transport document, and that the packaging is intact, not damaged or altered; otherwise, the clause “I ACCEPT WITH RESERVE” must be indicated in the courier’s transport document, specifying the description of the anomaly in pen.
    WHEN POSSIBLE, WE RECOMMEND TO OPEN THE PACKAGE IN FRONT OF THE DRIVER, WHO CAN WAIT 1-2 MINUTES WHILE YOU CHECK THAT THE CONTENT IS INTACT.
    In this way, in the event that the products are damaged inside the box, the Customer can immediately refuse delivery, and the goods will return to Tonti Art’s Srls without further costs for the Customer, who will naturally be entitled to a refund of the order .

    Right of Withdrawal
    The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without indicating the reasons, within 14 days, as per Legislative Decree 206/2005-D. Legislative Decree 21/2014 – in implementation of directive 2011/83/EU. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days. The customer who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal must send by e-mail, to the address moc.itnotoiziruamnull@ofni, a signed communication containing a declaration of exercise this right, indicating all the requested data (order number, invoice number, products subject to withdrawal) and the bank details on which to obtain the transfer (Cod. ABI – CAB – CIN – Current Account of the invoice holder) . At this, you have to wait for the communication of authorization to return the goods from our Customer Service. In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, certain conditions must be met: the purchased good must be substantially intact and returned in its original packaging, obviously the foulards, scarves and accessories being returned must not have been used, must not be damaged or stained; shipping costs will be charged to the customer; upon its arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering, also due to packaging unsuitable for transport. In the event of a positive outcome, Tonti Art’s Srls will refund the amount paid within 30 working days of receipt of the goods, excluding shipping costs in accordance with art. 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999, by bank transfer.
    In the event that a purchased good is not available, the customer will have the right to an immediate (within 5 days) refund of the paid amount, including shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed between the parties (who can agree by telephone or email via email). possible replacement of the purchased products or a subsequent shipment, in case of new availability of the purchased goods).

    Delivery
    The shipment of the purchased goods takes place via GLS express courier, upon verification of payment, and is carried out within 2/4 working days (depending on the destination area). Verification of payment is immediate when buying by credit card or PayPal, it can take a few days when you choose the “Bank Transfer” option (in this case, we recommend sending a copy of the bank transfer via email). The accompanying invoice will be sent together with the goods ONLY IF EXPRESSLY REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER; otherwise, the receipt or tax receipt will be sent to the customer. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided at the time of the order is valid: please enter, in the appropriate field of the order, the unique code and/or certified email address for issuing the electronic invoice; if these data are not communicated at the time of the order, the goods will be shipped with the tax receipt and it will no longer be possible to issue an invoice.

    Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are charged to the customer and are indicated at the time of the order. We deliver throughout Italy and in the main European countries with the rates shown below, which vary according to the quantity purchased and the destination: these costs are calculated automatically, based on the weight, when the products are placed in the cart and appear in the final summary, with a separate entry; in this way, you can check the cost of shipping before making the purchase. Shipping in Italy is free for orders over €189.

    Note: in the event that the customer, during the order conclusion phase, were to indicate an incorrect address – even a single part of it, such as the wrong city or zip code – such as to cause a non-delivery by the courier, the consequent costs of storage for new delivery at the courier’s depot are charged to the customer
